Improve Auditing: add patient index, improve report
For all transactions, notes, appointments, reports, changes made to files and patient
information entered, should include a mandatory field for the user who entered the information. Can
either pull in automatically from who is logged in, or can be typed in with special password
corresponding with each user id so they know who did what with more accuracy.
Should also record which workstation the change was made
from, for greater accuracy.
When there is an override user, the next action from the override for that security option and logged in user (if the action is one that is audited) should include both users in the audit, indicating the one that is the override user.

Admin response
On behalf of James Barness, DDS:
It would be great to have changes/deletions shown in the audit report for Tx planned procedures, not only completed ones.
Or having a button in the tx planner showing the tx plan history, just like the one in the appointment book
This is more of a headache. This should be made a privileges setting. Instead of a person like me, an administrator having to enter a password every time, just give access for certain things to certain people. I spend more time entering my password. Also, password it toooo looong. You can make it shorter and still have numerous combinations.
