So many times appointments are moved in the schedule by different staff for one reason or another and using the audit trail doesnt always show you when you have to search a six month time span. Is there a way to add a box in the appointment itself that you can show all the edits for that singular appointment? or add a specific search ability for a patients name in the audit trail report?
