In Patient Engage, the Campaign Builder Create Email Campaign feature offers the option to "Use My Own Recipient List" and import a CSV file. The Appointment List is a great resource for pulling a list of patients with various appointment situations. Add an option to Appointment List that can export a CSV file which is compatible with the Patient Engage campaigns.
