DEXIS 10 and Smart Image

Smart Image should be available for DEXIS 10 users! We cannot downgrade to DEXIS 9 because of our titanium and platinum sensors

    The Smart Image DEXIS connector works for DEXIS 9 & 10. However, it is not compatible with DEXIS 11. We are currently beta testing Kavo Kerr's latest product DTX Studio, which has 3D capabilities. If you are interested in potentially being a beta customer, please email ashley.watkins@henryscheinone.com.

    This sort of leaves us hanging with our new intraoral camera, can't use the buttons any longer, one of the reasons I spent $5000.

    So why did your customer service give me the run around for one hour yesterday refusing to install saying it was incompatible?!?!?!?
