We have an office that has more than 30 workstations. Our server has 8 cores and 32GBs of RAM but we can't utilize everything because Dentrix is still a 32-bit program. Even though it's compatible to run on 64-bit there are limits to the program.
We see 50-75 patients a day and are open 365 days a year. Dentrix becomes our bottleneck at peak times and the system can't take the input load efficiently.
We don't want to move to Enterprise as it has fewer features and isn't compatible with most 3rd parties.
