I have worked with Dentrix for 12 years now and I am so disappointed with the services these past 2 years. The version launches are so fast that not all the bugs are worked out. Every "upgrade" has given us new bugs that can't be fixed until next version and I do not want to upgrade EVERY version since we have to update computer systems to go as fast as Dentrix launches. Currently our questionnaires no longer PRINT correctly with 7.2. There is no fix and they will repair next in 7.3 which is still a few months out. So now I am stuck with living with mis-spacing and confusion of forms OR find a Generic one to use for health History updates. (We have a big elderly client base so printing them is still needed).
I feel we were bullied into upgrading from 6.8 to 7.2 to begin with for credit card reasons and now we have new set of bugs to work with. I feel Dentrix is getting a little to big for their own business and would like to see the launches mastered BEFORE they are released.
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with printing! The fix you mentioned will be released very shortly in G7.3 Update 1, which is currently in beta testing.
