our goal is to get the list of patients name with claims already created but no payment yet that can be filtered by month so that we can follow up the insurance the status of the payment. What we want to see is the following:
- Patients Name
- Primary or Secondary
- Date of Service
- Insurance
- Contact No
- Amount to be paid
Something similar format to "secondary claims not created" but the difference is the claim is already created but not yet paid.
As of now, the only option we have is to extract the names of patients "secondary claims not created" and "Patients reports (by filters") which only shows the total family balance of each patients.
