In order to complete our daily tasks efficiently, it would be helpful to sign every note and track that has been accomplished.

Agreed this update needs to be addressed ASAP. I waste countless hours going in and out of charts. It would be greatly appreciated to have this feature. This appears top be well over 2 years old. Thank you

This suggestion is a year and a half old, it's something that can be done in Dentrix Ascend and Dentrix Enterprise, so why si it taking so long to get a simple way to find unsigned clinical notes? There have been many requests for this-let's get it done!
