to allow the schedule to show both the hygienist and the provider who will need to do exam

It would be very helpful for the provider's name to show up so that we know which dr will be needed to do exam so that we do not overbook one dr for that day with restorative as well as hygiene.

Please add the option to see the date of the last perio chart in the hover window in the appointment day view. Also, please add the option to see the date of the last FMX and BWX in the hover window.

Need to add QR Code to paper statements for Online Payments

Many patients are asking to pay their bill online. We need to add our QR code to paper statements for this to happen and it doesn't allow this. We already have a click to pay for email statements, but some patients still receive statements by mail.
