Patient Balance Report

Adding a date range. As of now, we can see all patient balances from the start of the practice, however we bought the practice in 2018. Therefore, it would be nice to see our patient balances from specific date ranges.

Billing Statement to patient instead of guarantor

Guarantor isnt necessarily the one paying for the patient. So should be able to send bill to patient and not to the guarantor. Will also then show how much each familt member owes and not the whole.

Connect and highlight same family members on days schedule

It would be very helpful to have all family members on that days schedule to connect and highlight so when making reminder calls you are aware of the whole family.

allow adults in the family file to have different addresses

I work in a pediatric practice and it is common for a child to live with one parent and be covered under insurance by a different parent. It would be very helpful to allow each adult to have a different address.
