It would be a neater and quicker option to use the signature pen pad for chart notations, rather than the mouse.

It would be helpful to have the option to turn off the update manager notifications on workstations on version 7.5 and up.

Zero out treatment plans

Be able to zero out treatment plans (like the ledger).

Down payment "hold"

Be able to put a "hold" on a down payment amount. Which means they will show up on an aging report (currently they would show as a credit balance). Filtering for >$1 doesn't help enough.

Ledger detail window

Make ledger detail window automatically appear when putting in a payment. Having to remember to click on details is leaving room for user error (and user error is happening).
