Optional customized questionnaire option

With question such as "Have you felt ill within the past 14 days, if so please describe more" It would be nice to have the ability to make a yes or no option and right after it (staying on the right side of the paper) a word box allowing for input.

Treatment Plan add notes

On the treatment plan can you make it accessible to where the doctor can write on the treatment plan and edit on it from the preview screen by adding notes from the e-pad signature.

Printing patient's ledger on journal

When we print a statement it shows on the journal so that we can see it at a glance but we print a lot of single or family ledgers and those do not show up on the journal. It makes it difficult to know when a stmt/ledger went out

It would be so helpful to have more options for the journal than Miscellaneous, reminder, phone call It would be great to be able to customize that so that the topics are obvious from a glance

Turn off default appointment length based on TX

It would be great to have the ability to turn off the function that changes appointment length based on the Tx attached. Our doctors choose their own time and don't want this over ridden

Please quit locking the notes that are attached to adjustment. So that they can be viewed after the month has closed.

Back button - need navigation within each module to take user to previous patient - like a web browser
