Alert on expiration of patient paperwork

Be able to change a user ID from provider to staff and vice versa.

things are entered wrong, staff changes from assistant to hygienist or dentist.

Batched claims report

It would be very useful to have a report for claims that are batched. There is no way to see them unless you run a dental insurance aging report.

New Patient online forms

In addition to adding a confirmation response once a patient has completed the online forms, please add some sort of notification allowing the user to know that their time is about to expire if they have become idle to long.

logging in and out

I would be extremely helpful to be able to do a "control and one of the top F keys" to switch from user to user. Logging in and out of all of the icons is very time consuming and not productive.

Ability to split preauthorizations like claims

If we receive a preauthorization and procedures have not been approved due to pending status, the ability to split the preauthorization without having to delete andrecreate into seperate pred's would keep the integrity of the original pred.
