In addition to adding a confirmation response once a patient has completed the online forms, please add some sort of notification allowing the user to know that their time is about to expire if they have become idle to long.
I second this statement. It would be nice for patients to have a way of knowing that, yes, the forms have been completed, and we did receive them. Otherwise, they are calling into our office saying that they haven't been finished or are stuck and don't know what else to do and "why aren't the forms going through?" That's not a great first experience for a patient that hasn't been into our office yet. It makes it seem like we are having technical errors.
