misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.

Add option to uncheck assignment of benefits for all patients

We do not accept assignments of benefits for any of our patients and have to uncheck this option in the family file. It would be nice if could do so for everyone instead of individual family's. Very time consuming.

Interoffice Messaging for Canada

Almost every program out there except dentrix offers interoffice Messaging between providers. I understand that in the USA this feature is available but in Canada it is disabled. We should be able to do this in Canada also.
