discount office plan

we want o offer a discount plan for our pt that don't have insurance ,but i want o be abele on treatment plan to show them the real fee ,discounted fee and how much they need to pay after discount

Allow the displays to support larger fonts or to magnify screen display

Some of us users are over 40 and the font used is so small I have developed eye strain from trying to view the screen. When I search how to make the fonts larger or increase the display size, I find that this is not a feature of Dentrix.

Add a "treatment to be completed by a specialist" button in the patient chart

This would be helpful for because sometimes patients need to have treatment completed but not by our provider!

CLAIMS! Go back to NEA attachments VS the new CHC

Converting from NEA to CHC has caused many glitches and delays in claims processing for all of our offices. Many of the insurance carriers are not receiving the attachments sent with electronic claims now that they are CHC. Please revert back to NEA!

I would like to see a name after "single billing statement" in the batch processor and the same thing for single patient ledger.

If there are multiple billling statements you don't know which on you you want to look at. Sometimes have to open half a dozen of them to find the one you want. So inefficient!!

Change color of service after insurance claim is closed.

After an insurance pays and a claim is closed it would be nice if the services changed to a different color so it would be easy to tell at a glance if a claim is still open.

Ability to edit fee on an electronic claim form in box 31

We do some procedures at no charge so we have to print a claim white out the charge in box 31 and snail mail or use the insurance portal to manually enter a claim. We want to send full office fee but we post contracted fees to the ledger. We don’t...

Make the QR code personal to patients

This would be useful when presenting treatment plans so you do not have to enter Last name & DOB. If it is personalized we can scan it and have it bring up the treatment plan directly.
