You do have the option in patient chart/treatment planner to add referral. If you double click on the procedure it will bring up the procedure information, at the bottom is the area to enter referral information, you choose the referral source (set up in the referral maintenance through office manager by your office) and the procedure will then have (R>) on it. Once patient has treatment done by another provider, you can click the "Complete button" in same area and it will update charting but does not add to Ledger. Hope this helps a little.

It would be nice to have a referral Tx button that automatically brings up the referred too option to select the referral Dr. or office.
