Clinical notes to be assigned to a tooth #, so that when you are in progress notes and you click on view "clinical notes" in the progress notes tab, you can categorize notes by tooth, and also add notes to teeth to which no treatment was done.

Pull up the module clicked to the specified patient in office manager

When you are in the office manager and have a claim (or letter, statement, etc) for a specific patient selected and you click on the ledger - it should open that person's ledger.

There are situations where a pontic may attach to a retainer crown more than one tooth away and this should be able to reflect on tooth chart

because sometimes a tooth shifts to fill an open area and this could make teeth #s involved in a bridge not sequential. This should be able to be reflected when looking at the pt's tooth chart
