Change Default Insurance payment Type from check to electronic in claims postings

As most payments are now EFT/ERA, changing the default from automatic 'check payment' to 'electronic payment' in enter payment on claims in the ledger module. Thanks!

Have Dentrix pay print both receipts on 1 piece of paper or on a half sheet.

It is a waste of one sheet of paper each time we print the receipts. If it printed like Power pay it would be one sheet. The world would benefit from not wasting so much paper!!!

Dentrix Pay Voided transactions shouldn't show on the depoit slip - unable to balance

when voiding a transaction, it leaves the original payment on the ledger and posts an adjustment, however this leaves the original charge on the deposit slip, making it impossible to balance at the end of the day. There has to be a better way.

Allow staff to be able to make clinical notes under their own user ID

Please add support for PDF readers other than Adobe's.

Adobe products are bordering on bloatware despite being the most proliferate. We try to run super lean to minimize issues. There are many other PDF readers like Sumatra which provide a better experience
