Auto change address for insurance companies

There should be a way to copy an insurance address for a single insurance when an insurance company changes their address just like you can change a coverage table so to update the insurance for all the plans under that one insurance.

Running a patient refund report

When printing receipt or ledger list payments separately if made on same day for FSA/HSA.

We had a situation with a patient who paid for most of their services with HSA and the rest on his debit card. HSA denied the receipt because it showed he paid a different amount than what he was claiming.

Allow CHAT BOX to remain on top of all windows

Suggest that the new Dentrix Chat box has the option to remain on top of all windows so I can continue to work while using Dentrix Chat, having it remain on top so I can always see when representative has responded.
