more control over automated emails design

more editing options are needed in the automated campaigns, add images, edit the colors of the buttons and others the recall, birthday and welcome campaigns do not have more editing options

Downgrade feature

Asking for downgrade feature from composite to amalgam to calculate downgrade fee's automatically. Dentrix does not have this and it would be extremely helpful and a time saver to implement this to the program.

Allow attachment of PDFs for supporting data for eClaim submission.
