create seperate column for ortho maximum and payments in family file and insurance area as when we enter any payment for ortho it reduces $availble for tx plan unless manually corrected.

When entering a pts insurance the insurance name should auto populate the insurance address, phone number, payor id. we should not have to enter all this info everytime

Lock the fee on a code

Sometimes we want a fee to stay a certain amount but updating fees in the treatment planner changes it. It would be nice to have a check box to lock the fee so it's not affected by fee updates.

Update fees on scheduled patients and pte

After updating a fee schedule, the fees for the patients already scheduled do not get updated, previous fees are set complete.
