The RCM Dashboard data is not in real time, or even close. It is sometimes 2.5 hours behind, which doesn't allow us to close out our daily deposit until the next morning. We need to be able to sync the data or force a daily close to sync the at that exact time. Also, the information is able to be sorted alphabetically, but when downloaded it is no longer sorted. We cannot use the CSV version because it is editable data. It cannot be used for auditing purposes.
