Please redesign ePrescribe

ePrescribe is very confusing and complicated. It is difficult to use and I have to call customer support quite often just to write prescriptions. Please redesign it.

calculated transaction fee

We'd like to charge a 3% fee for credit card transactions. It would be nice if Dentrix had a feature that would add a calculated fee like the one that does a discount for clergy or cash.

Choose what is on a receipt

I want to be able to manually select what is printed on a receipt. For example, I only want to print the payments made or print only the procedures from a previous appointment (with ADA codes too)

Opt-in Compliance issue with mydentist.com forms portal

The forms portal with patient engage needs a pop up before sending patient to the portal which allows them to opt in or out when they enter their phone number on the form in order to be 10DLC Registered and compliant.
