AFTER THE MOST RECENT UPDATE, THE REMARKS BOX WITHIN THE CLAIMS STATUS TAKES TOO LONG TO OPEN. CAN WE MAKE IT OPEN UP FASTER PLEASE. SLOWS US DOWN WAITING FOR THE BOX TO OPEN UP.

Running a report of listed patient seen by a specific provider

I would like to be able to run a report with patient's name and information (i.e.: phone number, email, last visit, next visit, etc..) by a specific provider seen in the office.

Attachments for secondary

When creating secondary claims or estimates it erases the attachments. Make it so that the attachments from primary automatically attach to secondary claims and pre-treatment estimates.

Change Font size in ALL modules

This has been a request for MANY YEARS. Font size should be able to be changed in all modules. You are forcing us to change settings on our computer, which then impacts how some of the features work in Dentrix. This needs to be addressed ASAP!

Insurance benefits patient specific

Instead of attaching max, deductible and percentages to each insurance company, let the system make them patient specific. Some patients may work for the same employer and have the same group # but have regular or high option plans.

Patients Missed Appts.

Would be fantastic to be able to FOLLOW when patients no show /cancel on short notice etc. especially when you have several staff working the desk- how are we ALL to know what pts did what/when. The MissedAppt in Family File does not give very muc...
