Would be fantastic to be able to FOLLOW when patients no show /cancel on short notice etc. especially when you have several staff working the desk- how are we ALL to know what pts did what/when. The MissedAppt in Family File does not give very much information . If there is something I'm missing, please let me know.

It would be great if this could be a different color in the LEDGER so that when we open ledger there would be a red LCA or NO SHOW and it would be easy to track how many or how often.
