Clinical note interruption / Spell check prompt error

Patient Search

When you are searching for a patient, I like the idea of only searching through active patients. There is already a box for "Include Archived Patients", there could be another line/box for "Include Inactive Patients".

AFTER THE MOST RECENT UPDATE, THE REMARKS BOX WITHIN THE CLAIMS STATUS TAKES TOO LONG TO OPEN. CAN WE MAKE IT OPEN UP FASTER PLEASE. SLOWS US DOWN WAITING FOR THE BOX TO OPEN UP.

Change Font size in ALL modules

This has been a request for MANY YEARS. Font size should be able to be changed in all modules. You are forcing us to change settings on our computer, which then impacts how some of the features work in Dentrix. This needs to be addressed ASAP!

Patients Missed Appts.

Would be fantastic to be able to FOLLOW when patients no show /cancel on short notice etc. especially when you have several staff working the desk- how are we ALL to know what pts did what/when. The MissedAppt in Family File does not give very muc...

Birth dates

It would be nice to have patients birthdates listed next to their chart numbers on the top of their record.

Attachments for secondary

When creating secondary claims or estimates it erases the attachments. Make it so that the attachments from primary automatically attach to secondary claims and pre-treatment estimates.
