I have had several online payments completed, either through our website or on a statement that has already been paid, on accounts that have a $0.00 balance. I'm not sure if this is spouse paying a balance their partner already paid or they aren't realizing they already paid the balance, but I feel like there should be a way to indicate to a patient that a payment has already recently been made to their account.
