Hover Window Details
As another option for the Hover Window can you include seeing the patients last appointment date? Or possibly more details of the previous appointment? Rather than having to click through the other appointments and or the schedule.

Report: number of patients under ea. insurance
We would like a report showing the number of patients on each insurance plan, ie. Cigna 600, Delta 875, etc. Support is saying there is no such report.

When entering a new patient status the system should default to "Patient" not "Non-Patient"
When the patient is put in as a "Non-Patient" they will not be active in Patient Engage which means they will not receive notifications about their upcoming appointment, nor will you be able to send them new patient forms to complete.

Dentrix should allow you to exclude one billing type when printing statements
You should be able to exclude bad debt to collections when printing statements without having to run statements twice. Once #1-8 and then again #10-#whatever.
