Statement options

It would be very helpful to be able to add what type of statement the patient prefers before generating quickbill. I know I can uncheck the box in the statement verification window, but it would be nice to not have to remember that.

be able to see a report that shows what statements were printed on a specific date

currently there is no report that can be generated to recreate a list of statements that were printed on a given date.

the ability to put the surfaces on watches

It would be very helpful to be able to chart what surfaces on the tooth have a watch on them not just a tooth has a watch on it.

Auto add a narrative to claim box 35 for procedure codes that always need a narrative like Nitrous or Occlusal Guards

For instance Nitrous or Occlusal Guards always need a narrative (Remarks) box 35 on the claim form. Currently we have to go to the Remarks for Unusal Services box on the claim and click that and then click the preset remarks or add procedure note ...

printable forms through patient engage

If the patient is unable to access the link and the office does not have a kiosk then atleast the forms would be able to be printed and filled out.

Bulk changes to insurance

The ability to makes changes to an insurance plan such as sort by carrier and make changes to the fee schedule or update the address would be great. Also the option to merge duplicate insurance plans.

Do not attach the head of household to the receipt

I have many patients ask why their spouses name appears at the top of the receipt when they had the treatment. Please fix so the patient name appears on the receipt regardless of the head of household.
