Before the update to "Chat" we were able to print the conversation with the rep re: our issue. This was helpful for future reference when they ask if we've had this issue before. Sometimes there is helpful instructions in it or description of why something occured. So others in office have it. Please bring it back. I don't know why updates have to delete other functions.
