Add all Family File Demographic fields to the mail merge, quick letters, data elements

Adding all the fields from the family file to the mail merge (Data Elements) would be great. It would be nice to have all that information in there so that we can print a page for the patient to review their info (what we have in stored in Dentrix).

Fill appointment list should delete completed patients

Would help when trying to fill appointments and sending text messages, so you do not send a message to patients for open appointments and their treatment has been completed already.

Correct Dentrix Hub customer Service Links

Customer Service Link difficult to find in Dentrix Hub. When I do find the chat to talk I'm connected to Demand Force who says they can't help me and only provide the contact # to Dentrix or to Dentrix website. Make Help easier to find please.

Separating the plan maximums for preventive care

We've came across many (Delta) dental insurance plans that do not include cleanings in their annual (standard) maximum. It would be helpful (especially for billing purposes) to have a place to imput a preventive maximum.
