More advance notice is needed to identify patients who are not eligible for their insurance. If the E shows up on the schedule 14 days in advance, we have time to correct the insurance problem prior to the scheduled appointment. Currently, the E only shows up 2 days before the appointment.

Thank you! Confirmation calls are now done a week out, the days of calling three days out are gone! We pay for the service and need to be able to utilize it properly!!!
