Allow to properly unconfirm an appointment and reschedule another day and the system doesn't automatically confirm again (or give new appointment ID when changing status from confirmed to none). Moving confirmed appointments happens often and to have to delete and recreate as well copy any notes on the appointment is very time consuming.
