The text able link for billing statements

Currently the link times out after 20 minutes. This is not user friendly. There should be a 24 hour (at minimum) window allowing patients to return to link to make a payment after they have read statement via text.

When a patient updates insurance after claim has been denied unable to delete previous claim to rebill new insurance

If a patient calls with new insurance I am unable to now delete the previous claim (in a new month) and resub. The "work around" from Dentrix is to re-charge ALL procedures back-dated and adjust the over charge just to be able to resub the claim. ...

Delete old providers on drop down when making payments

Please make it available to us to delete old providers from the drop down box when adding a payment to the ledger. I have several old providers that show up there and would love it if I only had a few to pick from. Thank you for your time.
