Fix appointment status error

When appointment status is changed to in waiting room, dentrix changes back to confirmed after a period of time. Clinical staff then doesn't know their patient is here. Happens all the time especially for families.

Symbol on Appointment once the provider has signed the clinical note for that appt.

Huge time saver. Each provider will not have to open each clinical note to see if they have completed or signed the clinical note.

Completed Pulpotomy shows as blue in pulp chamber and slightly into canals only - not the entire length of the root

When an MTA pulpotomy is completed on a permanent tooth the clinical chart is identical to a rct. Ideally it will be blue in pulp chamber and only slightly into canal.

FEE SCHEDULE CHANGE

It would be helpful when going out of network with a fee schedule, upon deleting the fee schedule to be able to choose a different fee schedule in its place, instead of when being deleted to be just blank.
