Better audit trail

Entry tracking

Need a report or at least a screen to view all entries, edits, deletes, new appointment, changed appointments, notes made, etc. - by day, by user with time and patient associated. Should show every entry made into the system.

Scanning EOB

It would be really helpful to have the option to scan the EOB at the end of entering an insurance payment and it go into the patients document center, whether a single or bulk payment.

Add more options to the list of Office Journal Entry Types

Currently there are only 4 options: Phone Call, Reminder, Miscellanous, and HIPPA Privacy. Allowing our own custom fields would help better categorize our Journal Entries. Like the definitions, this should be a mandatory option for practices. Thanks!

More characters in text messages for reminders.

We are new to using Dentrix Hub for text message reminders. Our previous platform allowed more characters for text message reminders. We are having lots of no shows since the information we usually provide is so limited. Very frustrating!

Allow the displays to support larger fonts or to magnify screen display

Some of us users are over 40 and the font used is so small I have developed eye strain from trying to view the screen. When I search how to make the fonts larger or increase the display size, I find that this is not a feature of Dentrix.

All report needs a way to go to the end of the report with clicking next 300 times when it is a big report.

New Health History's at top of Health History note, instead of going to bottom.

Right now every time the Health History is updated it goes to the bottom of the list and you have to scroll through ALL previous ones to find the most recent.
