Carrier names need to match in all windows in G7

The G7 software applies some type of override to the carrier names in the Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan Window and lists all first letters of all words as uppercase and all second letters as lowercase, resulting in incorrect capitalization,...

Should be able to edit providers after end of month is ran.

Once end of month is ran we cannot go in and edit any fees or providers. If we walk out a procedure with a provider who did not do the services but only caught that mistake after end of month is ran then we should be able to go back in and change ...

I had to switch from Easy Dental to Dentrix, not by choice. We need the right forms back. This is ridiculous.

Continuing Care not updating on 17.5 version

If appointment for continuing care is not set complete before next continuing care appointment is made, the patient files' continuing care is NOT updating.

There is no way to track when a PreAuthorization has been received so the treatment can be scheduled.

Notification when saved cards are expired or expiring soon

This could be included in the notification bar for daily clinical notes or similar to the alert when Payment Agreements are due. Since we are unable to pull a complete list of all patients with cards on file it's unrealistic to spend the day going...
