The G7 software applies some type of override to the carrier names in the Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan Window and lists all first letters of all words as uppercase and all second letters as lowercase, resulting in incorrect capitalization, especially with abbreviations, such as A.P.W.U. being listed as A.p.w.u., and gives the appearance of someone having mistyped the original information in the Insurance Data Window.
However, when you open the Insurance Data Window, the carrier name is correct. When you click OK to close the Insurance Data Window, the carrier name changes in the Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan Window to match the Insurance Data Window, but this "change" disappears when you close the family file module.
The Insurance Data Window carrier name information is how Dentrix prints out the claim form (thankfully!!) and is also how the carrier name is listed in the Dental Insurance Benefits and Coverage Window.
Please update the G7 software to change the Select Primary Dental Insurance Plan Window carrier name listing to match all associated windows, as it did in Dentrix version G4.
