"Release of Information" and "Assignment of Benefits" boxes are unchecked for each New Patient and there needs to be an override for this.

Option to re-print EOB

Option to re-print an EOB would be great. Sometimes they are discarded by accident before checking if payment has been received.

Assign a default provider to each dental code

It is illegal for an exam to billed out under a hygienist. The exam codes should be defaulted to a dentist and not have to be changed from a hygienist to a dentist for each patient, especially if it is a single dentist practice.

allow search of a patient's preferred name instead of given name

When searching for a pt's name, if they go by "Bubba", but their name is "William", it would be incredibly helpful to be able to search for "Bubba" instead of telling a pt you are unable to locate them in your system

Simple tax receipt for the Canadian patients

The tax receipt is a billing statement and includes all insurance payments which are not needed, is too confusing for patients when we tell them that is a tax receipt for the year, all it needs is only the patient payments for the year
