Dismissing Patient Alerts - should be limited to that individual login rather than dismissing for the entire office.

The pop-up patient alerts are there for that specific reason - to alert us of things we need to remember about the patients. Although the alerts can be limited to certain screens (ie-ledger, doc center, etc), many of our hygienists get tired of seeing an alert in multiple screens, even though each one might apply to a different alert (one might pop up on the chart regarding tx, one in the patient info regarding a medication, etc). They tend to start dismissing the alerts so they do not continue to pop up in more screens. This is a concern because when the patient is walked up after an appointment for treatment scheduling, the front desk now knows nothing about that patient that may be important to their next appointment. It would be nice to have the dismiss option apply to each individual login, so that if there is something that may not pertain to their (hygienists) job they don't have to see it continually pop op, but if it applies to another persons job (front desk), we are alerted.

    This is very important as it helps the office/clinical team to run smoothly and to stay informed through our day, staying informed this is very vital and this needs to be one of the updates that is on top of your list to be available on Dentrix next update.
