Allow daily scheduled production to be viewed on the schedule as a total number per provider. This will allow us to schedule to daily goals by being able to see days that are already scheduled to goal vs days with low production.

I have had several ins. companies that have the same subscriber info but the benefits are different for a spouse or child. No way to do in dentrix currently

Attach a name to Billing Statement in the Office Manager/Batch Processor

When generating a single billing statement or family ledger, if a name would print in the batch processor so that it would be easier to pick up where we left off, that would be extremely helpful.

Follow up on patient engage

There should be a hierarchy on the follow up text/email reminders. If a patient has a mobile number and an email address in their chart they will get both.

Add ability to use full description of service on billing statements

The user could select if the billing would use a full description (patient friendly description) that is associated with an ADA code. Expanding the characters in the description name would be beneficial

Appointment auto changes color if after appt time and pt not checked in

An auto system within the appointment book that would change a patients appointment status to not here when it is after there scheduled time this would help the whole time contact patients that are late for their appointment.

Be able to add custom appliances on chart as a draw type or box that sits on the chart in the corner/side to alert us who may have extra appliances beyond a partial or denture, such as : 1. "OAT" for sleep apnea oral appliance 2. "Braces" for ortho 3. "NG" for night guard 4. "Schwarts MX/MN" for upper or lower expansion appliances 5. "SureSmiles" or "invisalign" for clear tray ortho. ETC and these could be automatically added when we do a walk out of one of these appliances as a draw type or extra box on the side just like how fillings and false teeth or crowns show up as our custom draw types. So at a quick glance we know all the extra appliances the patient may have as opposed to having to scroll thorugh all the past progress notes each time

Default Perio Exam to most recent date

Right now when entering the Perio module, the oldest perio exam saved is displayed. The most recent perio exam would be more beneficial.
