I'm not sure why you are saying this, If the box for ALL operatories is selected in the view, then ALL operatories will display in the Appointment Book. However, as with previous versions, if manually selecting more than 10 operatories thenonly 10 will display on the Appointment Book as that is the maximum.
We have been using 15 ops able to view. But we just got a new printer and now i can't get one of my printers to do this.

using the option of "all providers" and "all operatories" includes all inactive providers/operatories.
I have 11 providers and can view them all at once in the appointment book.
