add more providers to appointment book view

We have more than 10 providers and would like to be able to view the entire office scheduled amount in one view on the appointment book.

I cannot get all of my providers on any appointment book view either! There is no way for me to create a view that makes any type of workable sense for my practice and never can I ever get an accurate daily scheduled production value on our appointment book.
