once Insurance address is updated it should print off on the claim

Because we have to print off sometimes 5 claims white them out and manually write the updated Insurance information on the claim

I believe that with an email you can combine family members with appointments for the same day in a single reminder. Can we look at that with texting. Some of my parents forget to bring another child because they did not get a text with that child...
