Provider Schedule

Allow the ability to look at the appointment book while updating the provider's schedule. Currently, you either need to write down all of the changes and then go and update the provider schedule or you need to do one day at a time.

misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.
