Insurance requires ADA code for Occlusal Film (D0240) to specify an Arch or a Tooth number. When creating a multicode to attach to an appointment there should be an option to select the tooth/arch in the multicode setup feature so that when the multicode/appointment is set complete the tooth/arch will complete without having to go back to ledger or chart to add a tooth number.
