Office Manager Batch Processor -have option to list most current items first instead of having to scroll to the bottom of screen everytime

create seperate column for ortho maximum and payments in family file and insurance area as when we enter any payment for ortho it reduces $availble for tx plan unless manually corrected.

code D4342 is now requiring tooth numbers

Insurance is now asking for tooth numbers on this code they dont pay attention to box 35 and i think dentrix should add in tooth numbers to make it easier.

Access Guarantor notes when doing bulk insurance entry
