Assign insurance eligibility form to be dropped in specific folder in Doc Center

A new folder specific to the automated verification should be created so that is consistently populated in the same place.

Add new color for "E" Icon for family files with no insurance.

Unnecessary work load to have to check all the patients that have an orange E that do not have Insurance. Can this "E" be removed to not have to check prior to each days work load?
