Spanish online forms

I have a good number of Spanish patients and I would like to provide Spanish forms online. We have created our own health forms but the set up will not allow us to change the whole form.

Hub individual user names

With WEAVE it was very helpful to know which team member is texting the specific patient since we have 4 front team memebers and 3 hygienists that are reaching out to patients it is good to konw who is communicating with them.

Change time allowance in "Hot List" in Dentrix Hub

Our office schedules patients in 10 minute time increments. The Hot List only has 15 minutes hard coded-can't change.

Patient engage mobile should include patient's allergies and also preferred pharmacy phone #

As with DTX mobile, patient's info included drug allergies. When using PE mobile when out of office to handle emergencies this came in handy. Please include in update.

Send mass emails to patients

There should be a way to easily send a mass email to all patients in patient engage besides using the campaigns. The same goes with texts. This is currently not an option.

Opt-in Compliance issue with mydentist.com forms portal

The forms portal with patient engage needs a pop up before sending patient to the portal which allows them to opt in or out when they enter their phone number on the form in order to be 10DLC Registered and compliant.

Delete more than one 2 way text at a time
