Our patients are complaining that they are receiving phone calls too early on a weekend to tell them they are overdue for an appt. Phone calls of this nature should be limited to business hours but that feature is not working so we had to disable the feature completely! Please work on this as it is a good feature but we can't be making our patients angry with early/late phone calls!
